Metaforms is building AI-first infrastructure for market research operations — and our engineering team is at the heart of it. As we scale, we’re hiring a high-agency, technically sharp operator to work directly alongside our Founder who leads Engineering, AI and Product.

You'll operate as the bridge between the Chief Technology and Product Officer(CTPO) and the broader tech org, ensuring momentum, clarity, and coordination across all engineering efforts.

You’ll understand systems deeply, identify blockers early, track progress across verticals, and communicate across the board. If you're a future technical founder or aspiring product/engineering leader, this is a front-row seat to building a high-velocity product org.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Founder to track, unblock, and prioritize projects across the engineering org.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution between AI, full stack, security, and survey programming teams.
• Maintain visibility on progress across all tech verticals — what’s moving, what’s stuck, and what’s next.
• Represent the Founder in async communications and calls when needed.
• Build internal systems for engineering planning, review, and documentation.
• Help enforce standards around code quality, system design, and security — even if you're not coding day to day.
• Drive operational improvements across engineering workflows.
• Contribute technically where relevant — in design reviews, architecture planning, or testing strategies.

You must be

• Technical enough to understand product & infra architecture (experience in full stack / backend / AI is a plus).
• Process-oriented but not bureaucratic — you care about clarity, momentum, and delivery.
• Have led projects or teams in engineering orgs and can zoom out to the big picture.
• Can take messy problems and bring structure, visibility, and progress.
